October 25-27: Immerse Yourself In Wellness, Body, Mind and Soul
Enjoy the simple life, and experience simple self-care techniques for total wellness.
Enjoy a reprieve from the hectic city life while you immerse yourself in a weekend of self-care with Yamuna® Body Rolling. Join master teachers, Dianne Glass and Michelle Gregovic, with a combined 50+ years of experience, for lots of personal attention designed to release chronic tension and restore balance to your body. No experience? No problem!
The weekend program is designed to be accessible to all, whether you are new to this modality or experienced. The intimate setting will allow individualized attention to all. We will work together to help you problem-solve for your unique body and needs and educate you on how to continue at home. This method is easy to learn and feels oh-so-good. It is like giving yourself a massage, as you use soft balls to roll through the muscles and joints of the body. It is a perfect method for targeting scar tissue, persistent injury, and anyone who experiences tension in their body. We will work from head to toe, including Foot Fitness to target healthy feet and Yamuna Face Ball to relieve facial tension.
This weekend also is perfect for teachers of yoga, Yamuna or another type of movement or bodywork. You will discover more about the body and how to maintain it as we roll through the myofascial lines and discover the potential for total release.
Conveniently located halfway between Houston and Austin, this beautiful location is the perfect place for some much needed R&R…rolling and restoring, Yamuna style! And you will be wowed by our venue this year! The White House On The Hill is a spectacular 25+ acre property just minutes from Round Top and less than 1.5 hours from Houston . Come experience this charming and elegant space and heavenly-appointed bedrooms overlooking a stunning view of a pond, rolling countryside and a vineyard. The king beds are appointed with Pandora de Balthazar pillows and are beautifully decorated to ease you into peaceful slumber. There are walking paths around the property plus a relaxing fire pit to while away the blissful evenings. Or venture into the lovely and magical town of Round Top to shop, dine, sip on some lovely wines and just chill out.
Come, bring a friend or significant other, and join us for a fun and transformative weekend, We have shared and private accommodations available. We have rooms that sleep 1-4 people, so the more friends you bring, the more you save on the price!
