Art at The White House on the Hill
It is not a secret that creating is a wonderful thing and not just for those who consider themselves “Artist”. The White House on the Hill has created a large studio space for Round Top, Texas and the surrounding areas. ”Art at The White House on the Hill”, has over 3000 sq ft, with an incredible view for artists to come together to paint and create. We welcome all from beginner to established in all mediums.
In today’s environment making art and creating are very beneficial to de-stress at any artistic and creative level. There will be no pressure, you will paint and create at your own pace in your own medium. If you are a beginner or have never had any experience, no need to worry. All of the artists that attend are more than happy to help each other and we supply a community free table of art supplies for beginners to try before investing in their own. Most Tuesdays we will be streaming a 15-30 minute instructional video that at any level can participate or choose not. We will let you know in advance when this will happen.
Our mission is to give back to the community and bring more art exposure to Round Top and the surrounding area. We have some great galleries in Round Top which everyone should visit, but wanted to add a large space also to come and create. We will also be hosting different artists workshops, attend different art events, art walks and art popups.
It is inspiring and fun to be together to create and learn different techniques from each other and form great new friendships.

We would love to have you attend or let anyone know if they maybe interested. We recommend you bring your own art supplies and projects. If you are a beginner we will recommend basic supplies.
We will meet every Tuesday from 9:30am-3:00 pm unless notified.
Tables, chairs, some easels, wall space, coffee, and water will be supplied.
