DESCRIPTION

The house overlooks the countryside and a small stocked lake. You can enjoy your complimentary breakfast and espresso or cappuccino out on the flagstone patio under a 40 year old cedar tree while looking out across our newly planted vineyard or enjoy watching the cows on the adjoining property graze. In the evening you can watch the sun set while having a glass of wine or take the customary sunset walk around the back part of the property which offers an incredible 360 degree view. As you meander around be on the lookout for our resident jack rabbits and cotton tails . As your day comes to a close your bedding has been hand selected using Pandora de Balthazar Hungarian Down Pillows and Comphy Sheets to provide you with comfort and the highest quality bedding possible. It is our mission to create an ultimate country experience for you.

The White House on the Hill is primarily constructed on the interior using antique reclaimed wood and furnished with French antiques. French chandeliers bathe the room in a soft glow that adds to the overall ambience. The steeple is new but definitely gives the house it’s unique character from miles away.

REFUND POLICY

In the event of a Government Mandated Shut Down in our county or limitation of services the reservation maybe modified by date change for up to 6 months once the mandate has been lifted. There are NO REFUNDS due to a government mandated order only a modification of dates.

A 50% non refundable deposit is required to hold rooms. Full payment is due 60 days prior to rental date. Balances remaining unpaid after that time will automatically cancel the reservation. 50% refund if cancelled 30 days prior to reserved date minus a processing fee.

DURING ANTIQUES SHOWS, HOLIDAY AND OTHER SPECIAL EVENT RATE PERIODS- NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED ONCE THE VENUES BOOKING HAS BEEN CONFIRMED. A 50% Non refundable deposit is require to hold rooms. The Barn at the White House on the Hill offers its guests stylish and elegant accommodations in an original cedar barn. Truly unique and capturing the essence of both old and new, the venue is set within the highest point of Washington County overlooking the rolling country side and vineyard. The exterior exudes the character of the old wooden barns that were the heart and soul of rural America in centuries past. The interior, with its honey hued wood reflects the light of our several large antique chandeliers that further adds to the stunning beauty of the barn. The Barn offers 2500 square feet of space with 30 foot vaulted ceilings perfect for holding special events.

Luxury accommodations are provided in the bedrooms with Antiques, COMPHY designer linens, Pandora de Balthazar luxury down pillows and glowing chandeliers. Relax in the large living area with 60” flat screen tv, dining overlooking country side, and full service kitchen. Step outside onto the back patio to enjoy the fire pit and the Milk Way at night.
